Order Processing
All orders are processed within [1–3] business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery of your package.

Shipping Times
Shipping times and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and external factors.

Elizabeth Ruth Collective is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of checkout. Elizabeth Ruth Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the order reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Elizabeth Ruth Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all original packaging included.

Any return requests made after 14 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Gift cards

• Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

• Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at kelsy@elizabethruthcollective.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
At this time, Elizabeth Ruth Collective does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
